Hello everyone, and welcome to part 1 of Eevee Week!  I'm going to do every eeveelution that I haven't done, in order!  Even though Jolteon was requested by :iconscottietail: I figured I would do the other eeveelution's just because I plan to do Sylveon, and I figured that if I do 2 eeveelution's, and I already done 1, I would do the rest this week!  However, for this week, I'm not going to do allies in the teir, since this week is going to be hard enough as is without it, and I'm starting to question the teir list as is.  Anyway, I'm stalling, let's get this started!

Jolteon
Ability: Quick Feet
Nature: Modest (+ special attack, - attack)
Moves: Thunderbolt, Protect, Hidden Power Ice, and Shadow Ball
EV's: 252 special attack, 252 speed, 4 hp
Item: Flame Orb

Ok, this is a wierd set, I know, but fun to use.  I decided to do a combo of Quick Feet and Flame Orb to make it a special sweeper master.  I went with Modest nature since Quick Feet will boost speed to insain levels at is (it's speed with this set will be 538.5), and your attacking specially, so no harm in lowering attack, expecially since it will be burned.  You can do Timid (+ speed, - attack) nature, boosting it's speed to 591 with Quick Feet, but lowers it's power, and beside, it will be fast enough with Modest nature.  Just so you know, Quick Feet boost the speed of the pokemon with the ability by 50% if it has a status condition, and paralysis's speed drop is ignored.  Sadly, since Jolteon is Electric type, it can't be paralysis's, and beside, there isn't a Orb that causes Paralysis when held.  I went with Flame Orb over Toxic Orb since it lowers attack, which this set doesn't use, so no harm in lowering it, and over time, it will do less damage than Toxic Orb, so it's a better choice.  For moves, I went with Thunderbolt for stab, Hidden Power Ice for Ground types, Shadow Ball for Steel types, and then Protect is used first turn so that you can scout out the opponite's moves, and give Flame Orb a chance to activate.  I double checked, Quick Feet Modest Jolteon will out speed Deoxys-Speed, but if Sand Rush Excadrill is a problem, go Timid nature, since Quick Feet Timid Jolteon will out speed even Sand Rush Adamant Excadrill by 41 points.  It won't outspeed Sand Rush Jolly Excadrill, though.  And it doesn't matter what the nature is, Speed Boost Jolly Mega Blaziken won't out speed it with 1 boost, but will with 2.  Even Adamant Mega Blaziken will out speed it in 2 turns, no matter what the nature is.  Anyway, standard special sweeper EV spreed so that it hit fast and hard.  Thanks for checking this out, and Flareon will be up tomorrow!
Hello everyone, and welcome to part 1 of Eevee Week! I'm going to do every eeveelution that I haven't done, in order!  Jolteon was requested by :iconscottietail: and I was planing to do Sylveon, and I did Vaporeon and Eevee already, so I might as well do the rest this week!  However, since my plate is full enough as is, no allies in the teir portion to this week's battle strategies, cause it would cause so many problems, I don't need that stress.  Anyway, hope you enjoyed it, and Flareon will be up tomorrow!

This is a good set, the only problem would be healing and all.

i would run charge beam over protect and use jolteon when the opponent has low health and jolts can outspeed (which will be most of the time)

I think I would also make jolteon bulkier so

something like

128 hp
252 sp attack
128 speed
timid

(don't need modest with charge beam and may put more in hp and away from speed cause this is a bit rushed and i'm not looking at stats and all)

You could also replace shadow ball with wish and thunderbolt with thunder

but yeah a very good idea
